Questions about an offer

Include the store, code or offer name, its CouponX link if available, and what you need help understanding. A source-checked offer is not a checkout guarantee. Retailers confirm current eligibility, exclusions, prices and whether a code is accepted.

Orders, payments and returns

Purchases and payments take place on retailer websites. CouponX cannot place or cancel an order, access your merchant account, issue a refund or change a delivery. Contact the retailer for those requests.

Connect CouponX in ChatGPT

Open ChatGPT Plugins, choose + → Add custom MCP server, and enter https://couponx.coupons/mcp. Choose No authentication. ChatGPT account and workspace policies may affect whether custom connections are available. The public tools require no separate CouponX account.

Privacy requests

Email team@couponx.coupons with a clear description of the access, correction or deletion request. Saved offer IDs can be removed in the site or by clearing this site’s browser storage. See the privacy notice for the data used by the service.

Keep sensitive information out

Do not email passwords, verification codes, payment-card details, health records or identity documents. A store name, offer and short description are usually enough to investigate a coupon issue.
