Good finds. Clear terms.

These terms apply to your use of CouponX, operated by GigaMiga Solutions. You can contact us at team@couponx.coupons.

The service

CouponX is a free coupon-discovery and basket-comparison service. It searches a bounded inventory of merchant-published offers, shows source and eligibility information, and estimates savings for one retailer’s basket. Current offers concern US shopping in USD. Accessing CouponX from another country does not make an offer valid for that country.

Offer eligibility and estimates

Offers, prices, stock, exclusions and retailer terms can change. A source-check date describes when the stored source was reviewed; it does not mean a code was tested at checkout. An empty search means CouponX has no current stored match, not that no coupons exist elsewhere.

Comparisons use the basket facts you provide and the offer rules in the inventory. Unknown shipping and eligibility remain unknown or conditional. Comparisons do not assume coupon stacking, include tax or establish the lowest price across all retailers. Signup offers may require a personal code issued by the retailer. Confirm the final saving and terms with the retailer before buying.

Retailer purchases

CouponX does not sell the retailer’s goods, collect your payment information, place orders, or manage merchant accounts. Checkout, payment, delivery, returns, refunds and purchase disputes are handled by the retailer under its terms. CouponX does not guarantee that a retailer will accept a coupon or honor an offer.

Affiliates and independence

No affiliate programs or tracking links are active in this release. CouponX may introduce clearly identified affiliate links as a business model. Any relevant data practices will be described before those links are activated. Store names and references identify the retailer and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation. Retailer names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Responsible use

Use CouponX only for lawful shopping discovery. Do not attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, submit malicious content, interfere with the service, evade traffic limits, or treat a fictional or unsupported code as verified. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, health records or identity documents to the coupon tools.

Availability and changes

Inventory may be updated, corrected, suspended or removed, including when source checks become stale. Service interruptions can occur. We may change the service and these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Information already returned may no longer be current when you use it.

Privacy and support

The privacy notice explains shopping inputs, local bookmarks, hosting providers and data requests. The support page explains how to contact GigaMiga Solutions about the service. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law gives you.
